Kicking off the new year with healthy eating and extra workouts doesn’t have to be boring. We’ll show you how to build your own delicious and healthy acai bowl topped with our new Cranberry Chocolate Granola. The granola is tart from the berries and lightly sweet to add a little something extra to your favorite acai and smoothie bowls this year.
Step 1: Blend together frozen Acai smoothie packs (1-2 depending on how many people you plan to serve).
Step 2: Add in frozen banana slices into mixture and continue blending. It’s best to cut banana into discs and freeze for at least 24 hours. This makes it much easier to incorporate into the smoothie bowl.
Step 3: Next add ½ cup yogurt or however much you desire. For added protein, feel free to put a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
Step 4: Use a spatula to remove from blender and place into a mason jar or bowl. If you have excess, feel free to put in a freezer safe container to save for the next day.
Step 5: Top with Cranberry Chocolate Granola Mix and garnish with fresh bananas, strawberries, or blueberries.
